- Orders for products that are in stock, placed before 3.00 pm on weekdays (excluding public holidays), will normally be shipped on the same day.
- Orders that are placed after 3.00 pm, at weekends or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- We try to keep all items on our Website in stock. If an item cannot be shipped within 24 hours we will contact you with an estimated shipping date.
- All our orders are shipped by Australia Post eParcel www.eparcel.com.au
- Each parcel carries its own barcode and so can be tracked as soon as it has been scanned into the Australia Post system.
- A Tracking Number will be sent via email once goods have been despatched.
- Parcel will be delivered to stated address and you will be required to sign for it. If no one is at the address, a card will be left advising which Post Office the goods have been left at and you can then collect from them.
- If a card has not been left, you can use eParcel website (http://auspost.com.au/track/) to determine if it has arrived at your local Aust Post Office where you can simply go and collect the item.
